Charging your Quest 3 headset / Controller batteries
Use the power adapter to plug into the USB-C port on the left-hand side of the headset. It’s best to charge your headset every night (or at least all night before use or travel) so it is always ready to go.
Make sure your controllers have fresh batteries. Keep fresh AA batteries in your headset case, controllers battery life can vary drastically with usage.
Prior to traveling, it is recommended to connect to a secure WiFi network and charge your headset to at least 70%. Once charged up, power off the headset and remove batteries from controllers prior to packing for travel.

Common Troubleshooting
Can't see your virtual hands/controllers or your room?
Make sure you are in a well lit space.
Pick up your controllers to see if they register. If they don’t, try pressing the power button once quickly to put the headset into sleep mode, and then quickly press it again to wake it and see if your hands or controllers reconnect. If they do not, restart the headset by holding the power button down for 1 second and then choosing RESTART.
